3. Cancellations & Refunds
-
              By Participant:

4. Itinerary Changes
Itineraries are indicative and may be altered for safety, local conditions, permit restrictions or logistical reasons. Summit India will make reasonable efforts to maintain the advertised itinerary but cannot guarantee exact timings, routes, accommodations or services.
5. Assumption of Risk & Release
Participation in mountain and outdoor activities carries inherent risks including terrain, weather, altitude, wildlife, and remoteness. By booking you acknowledge these risks, accept personal responsibility for them, and agree to follow guide instructions and local laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Summit India from liability for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising from participation, except where caused by Summit India's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

No refunds will be given for removal due to unacceptable conduct or breach of safety rules.
9. Insurance
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance (including emergency evacuation and repatriation) is strongly recommended and may be required for certain trips or activities. Insurance is the Participant's responsibility. Summit India will not provide insurance on your behalf.
10. Limitation of Liability
Except as required by applicable law, Summit India's total liability to a Participant for any claim arising out of a Booking is limited to the amount paid by the Participant for that Booking. Summit India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
